Production Operator

This position involves transporting raw materials or finished goods between storage and production areas, packaging products, cleaning or housekeeping responsibilities, plus other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Our chosen candidate should have 6 to 12 months experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to safely operate a forklift. We are looking for a task focused person who can take on various tasks competently including assisting the operators in making product batches and setting up equipment for production runs.

Skills and

Education requirements:

• Must be physically able to move and lift containers up to 50lbs
• At least a basic level of math is needed
• A good level of verbal and written English is required
• A least 6 months experience working in a manufacturing environment
• 1 year or more previous experience using manufacturing machines
• Capable of efficiently operating forklift, certification preferred

Rotational shift (approx every two weeks):

• Shift 1 - 6:30am-3:00pm
• Shift 2 - 2:30pm-11:00pm
• Shift 3 - 10:30pm - 7:00am
