Compensation

Position Description
As a key member of the team, you will oversee commercial print, retail signage, display programs, and custom production projects — ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. From coordinating timelines and managing production workflows to maintaining strong client relationships, you will be the critical connection between our customers, creative teams, and manufacturing operations.
Project & Account Management
Manage a diverse portfolio of projects including retail activations, event experiences, custom print programs, and display fabrication.Own projects from initial concept and design collaboration through production, fulfillment, shipping, and installation.Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and production schedules to ensure successful delivery.Coordinate internal teams including estimating, prepress, production, logistics, and installation.Identify potential challenges early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for an established portfolio of commercial clients.Build strong relationships through responsive communication, proactive updates, and exceptional service.Participate in client meetings throughout the region to support ongoing programs and identify opportunities for growth.Understand client objectives and translate requirements into successful production solutions.Workflow, Production & Logistics Coordination
Monitor projects through all stages of the workflow, including design, prepress, manufacturing, shipping, and final installation.Maintain accurate project documentation including job dockets, production records, timelines, and shipping details.Utilize project management tools such as Asana to create workback schedules and manage deliverables.Maintain accurate pricing, production data, and internal reporting.Adapt quickly to changing priorities, urgent requests, and evolving client requirements.Quality & Service Excellence
Ensure all client deliverables meet established quality standards, specifications, and deadlines.Partner with production teams to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.Deliver a seamless customer experience from initial request through final delivery.Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and French RequiredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft/Google productivity tools.Experience in commercial print, large format digital printing, custom displays, retail environments, packaging, event production, or estimating is considered an asset.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Independent problem solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Customer-focused approach with a passion for building long-term partnerships
