Precision Fiber Laser Cutting Operator

Be part of Weldflow Metal Products as a Precision Fiber Laser Cutting Operator in the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking a dependable individual with extensive experience in CNC laser operations to elevate our manufacturing standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of fiber laser operating experience, preferably with AMADA machines. As part of your role, you will manage laser cutting operations, set up equipment, and ensure the utmost quality and safety. Effective collaboration with engineering and production teams is crucial to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain fiber laser cutting machines accurately

• Set up and optimize machines based on specifications

• Read blueprints for precise production execution

• Conduct quality inspections on laser-cut items

• Address machine issues and perform basic troubleshooting

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of fiber laser operating experience

• Preference for AMADA machine experience

• Skilled at reading manufacturing drawings

• Understanding of sheet metal processes

• Strong detail orientation and quality assurance mindset
