General Labour – Heavy Lifting

Location:

Mississauga, ON

Pay Rate:
Starting at $20.65/hour

Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM/7:30 AM – 7:00 PM/7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM/7:30 PM – 7:00 AM/7:30 AM
Must be flexible to work 12‑hour shifts
Weekend availability required as needed

Key Responsibilities

Lift, move, stack, and transport materials throughout the facility
Load and unload products and ingredients safely
Assist with production and packaging operations
Palletize and depalletize products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
Support various departments as required

Requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labour is an asset
Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Robust work ethic and attention to safety
Reliable transportation to Mississauga
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
MDSP
Must be able to work 12‑hour shifts
Willing to work on weekends as required
Manufacturing experience: 2 years preferred
Heavy lifting experience: 2 years preferred
