In this role you will utilize your 2 to 3 years of industry experience, focusing on the assembly, welding, and cutting processes. Your ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints will guide you in planning efficient workflows. • Determine necessary materials for fabrication tasks
• Interpret and analyze engineering schematics and blueprints
• Strategically plan the sequence of operations for efficiency
• Set up heavy duty machines for metalwork
• Rig, hoist, and position materials for fabrication

• Minimum 2 years of experience in metal fabrication
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding methods
• Experience with CNC machinery and basic AutoCAD
• Robust physical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
