This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and robust communication within manufacturing, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Manage Capex planning and execution effectively
- Provide field support and training for the Manufacturing Team
- Conduct onsite performance reviews and audits
- Facilitate training initiatives such as Batcher training
- Communicate operational needs across Central Canada
- Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing workplace
- Advanced skills in Excel and computer systems
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or CAD software
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
