• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

• Work on highly engineered, precision‑machined components used in critical applications

• Perform complete setups on CNC milling machines for production runs.
• Install tooling, fixtures, and work holding while setting machine offsets.
• Verify machine readiness before production begins.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs.
• Perform first‑off inspections and in‑process quality checks.
• Measure components using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot setup and machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain tight tolerances while producing high‑quality precision components.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Minimum 5 years of CNC Mill setup experience.
• Experience performing complete machine setups independently.
• Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience machining tight‑tolerance precision components.
• Strong understanding of precision measuring equipment.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Experience in one or more of the following industries:
  Aerospace Manufacturing, Defense Manufacturing, Medical Device Manufacturing, Nuclear Manufacturing, High‑Precision Machining.

A Machinist Certificate is considered an asset.
