Salary: $32.00-$38.00/hour + Full Benefits

Shifts:
- Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

- Work on highly engineered, precision‑machined components used in critical applications
- Perform complete setups on CNC milling machines for production runs.
- Install tooling, fixtures, and work holding while setting machine offsets.
- Verify machine readiness before production begins.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs.
- Perform first‑off inspections and in‑process quality checks.
- Measure components using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot setup and machining issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain tight tolerances while producing high‑quality precision components.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of CNC Mill setup experience.
- Experience performing complete machine setups independently.
- Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
- Working knowledge of GD&T.
- Experience machining tight‑tolerance precision components.
- Strong understanding of precision measuring equipment.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries:
Aerospace Manufacturing, Defense Manufacturing, Medical Device Manufacturing, Nuclear Manufacturing, High‑Precision Machining.
A Machinist Certificate is considered an asset.
