Elevate manufacturing operations as a Purchasing & Production Scheduler. Coordinate materials and work orders, optimizing schedules for on-time production in a modern factory setting.
In this role at your organization, under the Operations Manager, you will manage purchasing activities and ensure seamless production workflow. Your expertise in monitoring inventory, materials, and work orders will support strong collaboration among production, finance, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage production work orders
• Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing teams
• Monitor material requirements for production
• Purchase raw materials and operational supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP systems
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Drive efficiency in purchasing and scheduling through strong analytical and organizational skills in this essential manufacturing role.
