Material Control Manager

Lead Material Control initiatives at a dynamic manufacturing site in Mississauga, ON. This full-time position requires expertise in inventory management and production planning to ensure timely product delivery.

Our client seeks a seasoned Material Control Manager responsible for Master Scheduling, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management. You will oversee production control operations while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to balance material availability and customer requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the master production schedule within the MRP/ERP system

• Create capacity plans based on customer demand forecasts

• Prioritize production across resource centers to maximize throughput

• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy

• Lead the Production Control and Material Planning teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• 5–10 years in manufacturing, preferably aerospace or automotive

• APICS CPIM certification preferred

• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
