Position: Experienced Plastics Machine Operator Needed

Ideal candidates will have over two years of experience in operating plastic extrusion equipment. You'll be responsible for maintaining process stability, conducting quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Your mechanical skills will be vital in troubleshooting and solving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor PET extrusion equipment effectively

• Adjust process parameters to maintain sheet quality

• Perform tooling and die adjustments as required

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly

• Keep detailed production logs and inspection records

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with extrusion processing equipment

• Understanding of polymer behavior and extrusion dynamics

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

• Capable of handling physical tasks during shifts

• Reliable and proactive in work ethic
