Position: Manager, Contract Manufacturing for Supplements
Shape the future of supplement manufacturing at June Shine Brands as a Manager of Contract Manufacturing.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring products are manufactured to perfection in a compliant and cost-effective manner.

In this hands-on position, you will leverage your 4-6 years of experience in the nutraceutical space to manage a diverse portfolio of co-manufacturers. You’ll be responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable production plans, while adhering to quality and regulatory requirements. Collaborating across teams, you'll enhance relationships and streamline operations for smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish performance expectations for co-manufacturing partners

• Manage scheduling and raw material alignment

• Drive quality compliance through regular audits

• Identify and resolve production disruptions swiftly

• Coach partners in achieving efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in CPG contract manufacturing

• Proven ability in managing multiple partners simultaneously

• Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, and NSF standards

• Familiarity with ERP systems like Ekos

• Strong analytical and financial management skills
