Process Engineer Manufacturing

Position: Process Engineer for Manufacturing at Blackline Safety
Enhance product delivery and operational efficiency with Blackline Safety as a Manufacturing Process Engineer. This pivotal role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing productivity and product launches.

At Blackline Safety, you'll play a critical role in advancing innovative processes within the manufacturing environment. With at least seven years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, you will champion continuous improvement efforts, conduct root-cause analyses, and standardize operational procedures. Your expertise will drive productivity increases across multiple manufacturing lines and support new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion continuous improvement activities for manufacturing yield and throughput

• Engage with teams to resolve product and process issues

• Create and standardize manufacturing documentation and procedures

• Coordinate engineering changes and implement them in production

• Conduct time studies to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering field

• 7+ years experience in manufacturing or process engineering

• Strong skills in mechanical and process troubleshooting

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certified

• Familiarity with databases and CAD tools
