Pay Rate- $18.00 – $25.00/hour + Benefits Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen Must Join a Growing Precision Manufacturing Team! We are hiring an experienced Deburring Technician to join a leading precision manufacturer serving the Aerospace, Medical Device, Defense, Military, Space, Energy, and Environmental industries. If you have experience in deburring, metal finishing, polishing, grinding, sanding, sandblasting, CNC machining, machine shop, or precision manufacturing, this is an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

Perform deburring, polishing, grinding, sanding, hand filing, metal finishing, and surface preparation on precision-machined components.

Experience using hand tools, handheld power tools, rotary tools, die grinders, pneumatic tools, sanders, and polishing equipment.

Remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

Perform visual inspection, quality inspection, and final finishing of machined parts.

Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and manufacturing specifications.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Health & Safety standards.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Deburring Technician, Metal Finisher, Grinder, Polisher, Finishing Technician, Production Technician, Machine Shop Technician, or Manufacturing Technician.

Experience in precision machining, CNC machining, aerospace manufacturing, defense, military, medical device, nuclear, metal fabrication, or industrial manufacturing.

Experience using hand tools, power tools, die grinders, pneumatic tools, rotary tools, sanding equipment, polishing equipment, and sandblasting equipment.

Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and quality focus.

Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and within a team.
