Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, seeks an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer. In this full-time, onsite role, you will plan and implement complex machining processes and provide guidance to junior engineers. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, CNC process planning experience, and proficiency in Solid Works, particularly in an AS9100 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate complex drawings into manufacturing process plans
• Define machine sequences, setups, and inspection points
• Create ERP routings and production documentation
• Develop fixture concepts using Solid Works
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Over 4 years of CNC manufacturing experience
• AS9100 aerospace experience required
• Solid Works proficiency needed
• GD&T knowledge and interpretation skills required
