This full-time role reports to the Manufacturing Engineer III and involves daily operational support. Collaborate with teams on refining documentation, enhancing assembly efficiency, and improving manufacturing processes through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Your input is essential for achieving production goals and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure processes are accurately documented and optimized
• Use Lean tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Track assembly times and related performance metrics
• Review and revise work instructions in collaboration with staff
• Research and propose new manufacturing methods and equipment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• 2-4 years manufacturing experience or 6 years in related role
• Proficient with Autodesk and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Flexibility required for work schedule adaptations
