Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and clean roll journals regularly

• Setup supports and mount rolls accurately

• Apply bonding cement as per job specifications

• Load and extrude rubber for roll application

• Conduct quality checks throughout production

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing is beneficial

• Mechanical skills and hands-on mentality

• Basic ability to operate computers for data entry

• Must read imperial measurement system

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
