CNC Machinist Evening Shift Position

Join DEW Engineering and Development as a CNC Machinist on the Evening Shift, where your skills will contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions for military and commercial clients.

This role focuses heavily on machining excellence, including the preparation and operation of CNC lathes and mills. You will work closely with the Machine Shop Supervisor to meet production schedules while maintaining strict quality control. If you possess a background in high-volume production and a Mechanical Technician diploma, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and prepare CNC machining equipment daily

• Assemble machine parts to meet exact specifications

• Use precision measuring tools for quality assurance

• Maintain work area and equipment for optimal performance

• Collaborate with supervisors to solve production challenges

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant machinist experience

• Certification as a General Machinist essential

• Strong attention to detail in technical tasks

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to follow safety procedures diligently
