Position: Production Lead for Automotive Fabrication
Step into a dynamic role as a Production Lead at DBG, specializing in automotive metal stamping and fabrication. This Day Shift position demands outstanding leadership and manufacturing proficiency.

In this permanent role, you will work alongside the Production Manager, focusing on specific operational responsibilities. Your expertise will guide production efforts, ensuring adherence to ISO and IATF standards while creating a safe, motivating environment for fellow associates. Leadership in continual improvement practices is expected, as well as backing up production lines through hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safe production area with quality standards

• Utilize manpower efficiently for optimal production

• Support associates’ morale through mentoring

• Assist in training and documenting compliance

• Adhere to QMS, EMS, and safety policies

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma mandatory

• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing background

• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity

• Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety Act

• Forklift certification preferred
