Position Summary The Deburring Technician is responsible for finishing and refining machined components using a variety of hand tools and small power tools. This role involves deburring, polishing, grinding, sanding, and sandblasting small parts to meet Macfab's high precision and quality standards.
Day shift:
Monday–Thursday 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Friday 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.Core Competencies Hand-eye coordination

Key Responsibilities The responsibilities for the rewarding position of deburrer at Mac Fab Manufacturing will include the following:
Set up and use hand tools to remove burrs from machined parts.
Set up and use sand blasting and tumbling equipment.
Grind and polish machined and sheet-metal parts.
Visually inspect parts for burrs, defects, and surface imperfections.
Maintain tools and equipment as required.
Follow safety protocols at all times in the deburring process.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following minimum experience:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Previous experience in deburring, polishing, grinding, sanding and sand blasting of small parts using various media, hand tools and small power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated, proactive and energetic work approach. Good eyesight and eye-hand coordination.
Previous jobbing shop experience preferred.
