Process Engineering Expert - First & Last Mile

Reporting to the Manager Process Engineering – First & Last Mile, you will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards. Your expertise will guide the development of best practices and collaborative solutions tailored to customer needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate processes and systems affecting operational performance

• Create best practices for enhanced quality assurance

• Ensure compliance with established safety standards

• Gather and assess customer feedback for process development

• Manage process improvement and defect control activities

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain

• Knowledge of First and Last Mile operations

• Proficient in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Bilingual (English/French) advantageous
