Position: Welding and Fitting Expert Needed
Advance your welding career as a Welder/Fitter at Colt Automation in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time role requires effective welding and fabrication of custom metal structures in a thriving manufacturing environment.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Welder/Fitter who can read blueprints and has hands-on experience with MIG and TIG welding.

Your role will involve fitting, fabricating, and inspecting metal products while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate closely with team members in a fast-paced setting to drive production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read engineering drawings and weld specifications accurately

• Fit and weld components while ensuring tight tolerances

• Conduct MIG and TIG welding on various alloys

• Inspect and verify finished work for quality standards

• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in welding/fabrication and fitting

• CWB Certification and/or Welder Trade Certification preferred

• Strong background in MIG and TIG welding practices

• Excellent problem-solving and fitting skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
