About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Spot Welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-volume spot welding of hollow metal door and frame components while maintaining consistent quality, accuracy, and production output.
This is a production-focused welding position. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive spot welding at a steady pace and has previous experience with hollow metal doors, frames, sheet metal, or a similar high-volume metal manufacturing environment.

Production Expectations
This is a high-volume production welding position, and candidates must be able to work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
A strong Spot Welder should be capable of producing approximately completed pieces per shift once familiar with the workstation and production process.
Each standard stock piece may include:
The welding process requires approximately 6 spot welds per piece
, resulting in roughly spot welds across completed pieces.
Speed, consistency, and weld quality are critical to success in this position.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced production Spot Welder who understands that this role requires both speed and consistency.
Candidates with previous experience manufacturing hollow metal doors and frames, steel frames, sheet metal products, or similar high-volume fabricated metal components will be strongly preferred.
