Position: Full-Time Production Supervisor Role
Shape the future of food production as a full-time Production Supervisor in Mississauga with Hello Fresh, responsible for managing evening shifts in Plating and Fulfillment.

You will be instrumental in executing production schedules and ensuring timely shipments while meeting high quality standards. Collaborating closely with the Plating and Fulfillment Manager, your analytical and proactive approach will contribute to operational success. The ideal candidate will thrive in problem-solving and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage weekly production documents

• Communicate and track production plan issues

• Drive customer experience through effective production metrics

• Innovate production cost techniques with the team

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

• 2-3 years managing production in the Food & Beverage sector

• Proficiency in MS Excel and G-Suite

• Strong leadership, creativity, and ownership skills

• Excellent time management and proactive approach
