Position: Garland Finisher for Day Shift
Join Garland in Mississauga as a Finisher on the Day Shift, focusing on quality and effective grounding practices within the manufacturing process.

As part of Garland Commercial Ranges' Operations Team, the Finisher will be responsible for ground tasks, cleanliness, and upholding safety standards in production. Candidates should possess knowledge of tools and quality awareness to ensure accurate outcomes while working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute grounding tasks as directed by lead hands

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Assist in learning and sharing grounding techniques with peers

• Carry out corrective actions when necessary

• Report any observed quality deviations promptly

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience

• Familiarity with sanding and lubricating tools

• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately

• Good written and oral English communication

• Must be physically fit and able to lift weights

Contribute to quality manufacturing and workplace safety as a Finisher on Garland's Operations Team in Mississauga.
