Experienced Press Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough setups and operational changes on presses

• Monitor and adjust print quality parameters as required

• Prepare inks and materials per established formulas

• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and production

• Train and direct Press Assistants during operational tasks

Requirements:

• Prior printing experience in flexographic or rotogravure

• Mechanical skills for troubleshooting production issues

• Strong adherence to safety and quality standards

• Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent necessary
