Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operator assignments for Bindery Manager approval

• Distribute tasks to Lead Hands and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure proper staging to minimize downtime

• Review and correct daily production data

• Assist with production scheduling alongside the Bindery Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years in bindery or print finishing roles

• Knowledge of finishing equipment and workflows

• Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations
