Your primary responsibilities will include supervising the assembly of Car Operating Panels (COPs) while ensuring team members meet production and quality standards. With at least three years of assembly experience, you'll leverage your skills to interpret complex schematics and perform quality inspections. Training new hires effectively will also be a key part of your role to facilitate a seamlessly integrated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily COP assembly and team activities

• Ensure quality control throughout the assembly process

• Interpret assembly drawings and identify components

• Maintain communication with management on workflow

• Promote health and safety standards among team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of assembly experience

• 1 year of relevant manufacturing background

• Ability to read and interpret drawing schematics

• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced setting

• Must lift up to 50lbs as required
