As Lead Hand for COP assembly, you will direct team operations while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met. Your ability to read schematics and perform complex assemblies will be essential to team success. Collaborate with interdepartmental leads to ensure a smooth production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train team members in COP assembly

• Ensure assemblies meet quality and design specifications

• Manage production schedules and optimize workflows

• Conduct visual inspections using measuring devices

• Motivate team for cohesive work and goal achievement

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of assembly experience

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting required

• Strong schematic reading and troubleshooting skills

• Attention to detail and flexibility in tasks

• Capable of handling up to 50lbs as necessary
