We’re looking for experienced woodworkers who can confidently read complex blueprints
, handle power tools with precision
, and take pride in assembling high-end, custom pieces that leave a lasting impression.

Join our diverse, family-oriented, and quality-driven team where craftsmanship truly matters. Located just minutes from Square One Shopping Centre – one bus from the mall to 910 Central Parkway West, Mississauga.

  • Custom Millwork Assembly: Interpret architectural blueprints to assemble high-quality custom millwork products. Able to work established deadlines.
  • Precision Craftsmanship: Measure, cut, join, and assemble wood components using hand and power tools, ensuring exact dimensions, clean finishes, and alignment to meet aesthetic and functional standards.
  • Surface Preparation & Finishing Support: Prepare wood surfaces before or after assembly to ensure readiness for the Finishing department.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work for defects, misalignments, and material inconsistencies, maintaining company quality standards and escalating issues as required.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineering, and production teams to ensure project success, providing updates on progress and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Safety, Organization & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; monitor inventory levels; report material shortages; and participate in ongoing training and skill development.
