Lead Operations Supervisor - Corrugated

Oversee operations as a Production Supervisor with Atlantic Packaging in Mississauga. Focus on safety, quality, and performance in leading a talented unionized workforce.

In this role, reporting to the Department Superintendent, you will take charge of maximizing operational efficiency within the Corrugated plant. Your leadership experience will be crucial in managing teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage unionized workers in production

• Maintain rigorous safety and quality assurance standards

• Schedule labor and equipment for optimal operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Significant supervisory experience in high-volume settings

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed
