Candidates should have prior industrial manufacturing experience and prioritize safety in a fast-paced setting. Starting pay is $27.00/hour, with increases upon reaching performance milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate production machinery for aluminum recycling
• Safely handle materials and maintain cleanliness
• Follow strict safety protocols during shifts
• Engage in a rotating 12-hour working schedule
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members
Requirements:
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fork-lift experience preferred for machinery operation
• Awareness of safety concerns in production settings
• Ability to adapt to rotational shifts
• Effective communication skills in English required
