In this full-time role, you'll report to the Senior Manager, Production, and will be responsible for managing operational activities while striving for improvements. Establishing a culture based on safety and quality will be essential, along with continuous communication to resolve daily challenges. Your leadership will be vital for making a substantial impact in this fast-growing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operational activities of fulfillment teams
• Build a culture centered on safety and quality
• Define and implement standard operating procedures
• Set targets for food safety and efficiency
• Conduct daily production planning and execution
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Manufacturing or Supply Chain management
• 4+ years of team leadership experience
• Educational background in Engineering or Business preferred
• Proficient in OHS and Food Safety practices
• Strong collaborator with leadership capabilities
Lead the charge in delivering high-quality meals at Factor through effective production management.
