Adecco is currently hiring a Test Technician for a full-time opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, product testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and mechanical assembly.
As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and assembling electronic and mechanical components while ensuring products meet quality and performance specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Please note: This position falls under Canada's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and requires security clearance. Applicants must be Canadian Citizens to be eligible for this role.
- Pay rate: $23.50/hour
- Location: Mississauga, ON
- Shifts: Monday to Friday | Days shifts available | 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Job type: Temporary with possibility of Permanence | Full-time

- Inspect raw materials, components, assemblies, and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical components to product specifications.
- Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and test procedures.
- Perform quality inspections and identify product defects or failures.
- Support preventative maintenance activities and equipment checks.
- Accurately complete production and testing documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Follow all company safety, ESD, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- College diploma, degree, or equivalent military experience.
- Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, testing, or technical production environments.
- Experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies to the component level.
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and testing processes.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and written work instructions.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work alternate shifts when required.
- Must successfully obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada as a Canadian Citizen.
