Adecco is currently hiring Assemblers for a full-time opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in electronic assembly, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, and testing.
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, calibrating, and inspecting mechanical and electrical components while ensuring products meet quality, safety, and performance standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team and develop your technical skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Please note: This position requires CGP security clearance eligibility and is open to Canadian Citizens only.
- Pay rate: $19.00 - $20.33/hour
- Location: Mississauga, ON
- Shifts: Afternoons: 3:30pm - 11:00pm
- Job type: Temporary with possibility of Permanence | Full-time

- Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Test and calibrate products to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, test procedures, and production documentation.
- Perform quality inspections and identify product defects or non-conformances.
- Support preventative maintenance activities and standard equipment checks.
- Accurately complete production and quality records.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Follow all company safety, ESD, housekeeping, and manufacturing procedures.
- College diploma, degree, or equivalent military experience.
- Previous experience in electronic assembly, electrical assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies or components is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuits or power electronics is considered an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and written instructions.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work alternate shifts when required.
- Must successfully obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada as a Canadian Citizen.
