The successful applicant will operate and set up paper converting machines to create high-quality paper bags. This permanent position requires a college diploma and prior experience in machine operation. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of managing repetitive tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machinery to press and form paper products
• Set up production machines for optimized function
• Monitor production output for quality assurance
• Perform repetitive tasks efficiently throughout shifts
• Keep work area safe and organized at all times
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma (1-2 years in related technical field)
• 2-3 years experience in machine operation
• Attention to detail in machine setup and operation
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
• Required personal safety equipment, including steel-toed boots
