** Junior Engineering Specialist – Co-op (Quality)**, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting quality and engineering initiatives that drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Your expertise in manufacturing engineering principles, data analysis, and problem-solving will be instrumental in improving processes, enhancing product quality, and supporting new and existing product development.

** What You’ll Be Doing:
*** Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment installations, and product development activities.
* Prepare Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports and analyze production data using statistical software such as JMP.
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve process capability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
* Provide technical support for tooling, equipment, processes, and product-related issues.
* Participate in cross-functional team meetings to help resolve quality, operational, safety, and production concerns.
* Assist in the development of standardized work instructions and process documentation.
* Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, quality, and EHS requirements.

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering program.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment.
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
