We are seeking energetic individuals for general labour positions on the assembly line in Mississauga, Ontario. This career-entry role requires an 8-hour shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants need to be in good physical condition and capable of performing consistent, repetitive tasks efficiently to maintain production flow. The potential for pay increases to over $30.00 per hour exists alongside career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in assembly line tasks routinely
• Use dexterity to assemble small components
• Lift and handle weights ranging from 25-50 lbs
• Arrive punctually and consistently for shifts
• Provide dependable support in production operations
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in reading and speaking English
• Colour perception is required for the role
• Good physical health is necessary for task completion
• Mechanically adept in basic tool use
• Punctuality and reliability are essential for success
