We seek a qualified Estimator with a minimum of five years’ experience in machining. This role emphasizes reviewing technical drawings, devising estimates, and using Mastercam for CNC programming. Your expertise in manufacturing and fixture design plays a crucial part in maintaining production efficiency. Collaborating with the production team will be vital to resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review specifications and tolerances in customer drawings

• Plan machining processes and set up tooling

• Prepare quotations using ERP systems and Mastercam

• Program CNC milling machines for optimal output

• Design fixtures that enhance production effectiveness

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a machine shop

• Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining processes

• Mastercam experience is essential

• Strong ability to interpret complex GD&T

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
