Canam Group seeks qualified MIG Welders with two years of experience and CWB Certification. The position emphasizes precision in welding, the ability to interpret blueprints, and the maintenance of high safety standards. You will work in tandem with a team to ensure each project meets quality expectations while practicing effective housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up MIG welding machines and operations

• Tack and assemble metal parts as needed

• Read and execute shop blueprints accurately

• Produce high-quality, defect-free welds consistently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in MIG welding

• Valid CWB Certification required

• Basic reading and math skills in English

• Team player with an awareness of safety

• Capacity to lift and work at a production pace
