Bag Picker​/Production Line Worker

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hurontario St. & Hwy 401)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours:

• Training: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Regular Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM once the employee requires less supervision.

• Production Line & Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products on the production line to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine quality checks, pack products efficiently, and stack finished items safely.
• Box Making & Labelling: Assemble boxes and apply the appropriate product labels.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs and records as required.
• Housekeeping & Cleaning: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Perform general cleaning duties as needed.

• Experience: Previous production, packaging, or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect products carefully and identify quality issues.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, pack products, and safely stack finished goods.
• Personal Attributes: Reliable, punctual, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Language Requirements: Basic English proficiency is required. Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog language skills are considered an asset but are not required.
