Westburne is looking for a National Marketing Specialist who can operate in both English and French confidently in execution, understands B2B distribution, and can translate strategy into disciplined delivery. This role reports to the Marketing Director and is accountable for campaign execution, loyalty program management, and multi channel support across a national network. You support supplier programs, digital performance, content execution and the mechanics required to deliver measurable outcomes.

consistency and ownership. You can translate strategic direction into actionable tasks, manage stakeholders, support partner programs and ensure campaigns are delivered correctly and on time. You bring strong judgment, problem solving and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
1. Loyalty Program Management
- Operate the national loyalty program end to end.
- Manage member onboarding, communications, rewards catalogue updates and point redemption workflows.
- Monitor program health metrics including activation, engagement, redemption rate and retention.
- Develop monthly and quarterly program reporting to highlight performance trends.
- Work with suppliers to secure loyalty offers, incentives and promotional tie ins.
- Optimize program design through segmentation, targeted communications and campaign testing.
- Ensure program accuracy, data cleanliness, fraud prevention checks and audit readiness.
2.SEM
- Execute national and supplier marketing campaigns across digital channels with accuracy and consistency
- Manage day to day SEM execution across Google Ads, including campaign builds, optimization and performance monitoring
- Own paid search mechanics including keyword strategy, match types,bidding models, budgets and pacing
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using core performance metrics including conversions, CVR, CTR, CPA and ROAS
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, search term analysis and negative keyword hygiene
- Support paid media activity across additional channels when required, including paid social and retargeting
- Manage and support the national loyalty program, including campaign execution, communications and performance tracking
- Monitor loyalty health metrics including engagement, activation, redemption and retention
- Coordinate loyalty promotions with supplier campaigns and national initiatives
- Support SEO and content execution including landing pages, promotional content and program messaging
- Assist with CRM execution including segmentation, campaign setup and reporting
- Ensure accurate tracking, tagging and attribution across paid and owned channels
- Prepare performance reports with clear insights and optimization recommendations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Senior Marketing Manager, performance marketers, Sales and suppliers
- Maintain campaign documentation, timelines and execution checklists
