Samsung’s Sr. Manager, CE Channel Marketing R.Com is the dedicated marketing lead for all retail/channel online channels for all product categories for the CE divisions (HE, DA, EBD B2C). The role leads strategy, development, and execution of Samsung’s key launch activities, product placement, marketing strategies/programs, online reviews and content, and management of partner online brand stores () for top strategic National Retail accounts.
Responsibilities
Lead content management and merchandising across retailer websites to boost Samsung’s brand presence and revenue.
Support digital marketing across retailer channels focusing on top strategic National Retail Accounts.
Serve as liaison between Sales, brand marketing, product managers, and oversee product life‑cycle activities.
Mine data, analyze, present, and create reports for business indicators and strategy development across CE product categories.
Develop marketing plans and launch new digital programs in collaboration with commercial, brand/product, digital marketing, and legal teams.
Work with key stakeholders, internal senior business leaders, customers, external partners, and global/NAHQ on online marketing activities.
Coordinate with agencies of record to bring plans to life.
Initiate, develop, coordinate, and implement strategic product marketing plans for retail accounts, including business development programs, marketing strategies, marketing support, advertising programs, product launch and promotions, branding programs, business processes, and product transition strategies.
Lead and support online brand shop functions on retailer sites including merchandising and content syndication.
Create and run online assets and promotions on
Manage online content syndication, ensuring product assets, information, reviews, website syndication, images, and pricing are accurate.
Plan and execute digital marketing activities to improve conversion and SEO performance.
Provide analytics on R.Com performance and develop plans to improve engagement and conversion.
Support paid media campaigns, develop measurement goals, data‑capture requirements, and media ROI.
Support investment plan and ROI development across each function.
Lead digital marketing strategies supporting sales team to build MDF plan and maximize online presence.
Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search, social, and display, including A/B testing.
Analyze and report KPIs to inform strategic adjustments.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams and digital experts to align plans.
Communicate with customers and manage partner relationships.
Coordinate Dealer Events, in‑store merchandising, and POP to ensure consistency.
Coordinate system submission and approvals (legal, marketing, finance, sample management).
Obtain legal approvals (AD‑LCP, ECMS) and manage marketing finance initiatives.
Manage sample requests and shipping.
Qualifications
In‑office position.
Data‑focused and analytically minded, proficient in developing and executing strategies and plans.
Expert understanding of online reputation management, especially on retailer websites.
Strong relationship building with marketing and retail teams to align content and campaigns with business objectives.
Able to manage project timelines and budgets aligned to strategic marketing and brand objectives.
