Marketing Manager – Full time, On-site Mississauga
| Full-Time | $75,000–$90,000 plus annual bonus
About the Role
Our client is looking for a  hands-on, results-driven Marketing Manager  to lead our client's marketing efforts and help generate new business.

This is a  B2B industrial marketing role  focused on building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, supporting our sales team, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate is both strategic and willing to roll up their sleeves and execute.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute our client's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, email campaigns, Linked In, SEO, Google Ads, and targeted account-based marketing.
Manage and continuously improve the website.
Create and coordinate marketing content including case studies, articles, brochures, presentations, and social media.
Develop marketing campaigns targeting industries such as  Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemical Processing, Water & Wastewater, and Pulp & Paper .
Work closely with Sales to develop campaigns, prospecting tools, and sales-support materials.
Manage trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
Manage external marketing agencies, designers, developers, and other vendors as required.
Track marketing performance, leads, campaigns, website activity, and ROI.
Support the implementation and ongoing use of Vibrant Power’s CRM and marketing technology.
Maintain a consistent and professional brand across all channels.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in  B2B, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical markets .
Demonstrated experience generating B2B leads.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Linked In, and email marketing.
Experience managing websites and digital content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
Comfortable working with Sales and measuring marketing results.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate
You are a  doer , not just a planner. You understand that successful marketing should produce measurable business results.

You can develop a strategy, but you're also comfortable writing the email, building the campaign, updating the website, coordinating the designer, analyzing the results, and making improvements.

Experience in  manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, industrial equipment, construction, or related B2B industries  is an asset.
