Product Marketing Manager

LEDVANCE is currently seeking a new Product Marketing Manager that will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the successful launch, positioning, promotion, and lifecycle management of the company's lighting products, including lamps and luminaires. This position reports to the Group Product Marketing manager and will be located in our Canada headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario.

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to support the growth and lifecycle management of the consumer lighting portfolio, including lamps and luminaires.
• Manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, supporting product introductions, line extensions, rationalization, and phase-in/phase-out activities.
• Serve as a key member of cross-functional product launch teams, coordinating activities with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Regulatory, Operations, Purchasing, and Marketing.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Become the internal subject matter expert on assigned product categories, including technical features, competitive landscape, pricing, and market positioning.
• Partner with marketing to develop and maintain product marketing collateral, including spec sheets, brochures, catalogs, website content, videos, packaging, and sales tools.
• Ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect product specifications, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop customer presentations, product training, promotional programs, and channel-specific marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to support product forecasting, launch readiness, and overall portfolio performance.
• Work independently while effectively managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university
• Bilingual (English/French) is preferred; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in lighting and/or electrical products
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous, documented experience in working with a cross-functional team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• The compensation range for this role is a base of 90, CAD.
• This position is eligible for a bonus plan.
