As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and support business growth. You will:

• Research customer behaviors, purchasing habits, market trends, and preferences to uncover valuable insights
• Plan, design, and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Create and manage digital campaigns, including email marketing and social media initiatives
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and overall effectiveness
• Coordinate company events, product launches, and customer engagement activities from concept to execution
• Partner with the design team and external vendors to develop compelling promotional materials
• Support the rollout of new products and services with cohesive, brand-aligned promotional activities
• Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations using sales and marketing data
• Oversee social media accounts to ensure strong branding, audience engagement, and consistency
• Assist with marketing budget planning and management to align spending with strategic priorities
• Measure ROI across campaigns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with precision and can move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and analysis. You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar marketing role
• A degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels
• Solid understanding of SEO/SEM and digital campaign strategy
• Experience with market research, data analysis, and analytics tools
• Hands-on experience managing social media advertising

• Strong technical skills, including MS Office
  , Google Analytics
  , and Google Ads
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Word Press
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• A sharp eye for detail and a creative, solutions-focused mindset

• Experience with paid social platforms such as Google Ads and Linked In Ads
• Proficiency with Adobe, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and workflows
• Experience working with external vendors and managing marketing budgets
