Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance marketing governance frameworks and processes

• Establish enterprise standards for effective marketing operations

• Identify process improvement opportunities in Marketing

• Manage customer communications and ensure CASL compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in process management or marketing operations

• Strong knowledge of governance best practices and process management

• Familiarity with CASL and consent management regulations

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in regulated industries

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
