You’re an ecommerce operator with 3–6 years inside a brand or an ecommerce or performance agency. You know Shopify, Meta, Google and Klaviyo, and you think in CAC, MER, AOV, LTV and contribution margin. You use Claude every day: projects, automations, agents, MCPs and Claude Code. You’ll work with Store Hero’s brands and agency partners to find opportunities, analyse performance and build AI workflows and automations, turn experiments into repeatable workflows, and help shape the product.
