Key Responsibilities   Deliver compassionate care to patients and support for families
Work with the interdisciplinary team on care plans
Attend clinical huddles and case conferences for patient coordination
Follow CNO and Spectrum Health Care standards
Travel to various locations for patient care
Requirements   Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum two years nursing experience required
Experience in palliative care is highly desirable
Valid driver's license and current CPR certification
Proven abilities in various nursing skills including pain management
