Spectrum Health Care is seeking full and part-time Registered Nurses to deliver integrated palliative care to the Mississauga community. This role focuses on coordinated care alongside interdisciplinary teams, offering support to patients and families throughout their journey. Candidates must be passionate about enhancing comfort and dignity in patients’ end-of-life experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team

• Provide emotional support and advocacy for assigned patients

• Manage symptoms and coordinate care effectively

• Participate in clinical huddles and case conferences

• Travel within assigned region to meet patient needs
Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum two years of nursing experience, palliative care preferred

• Experience working with palliative care patients

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
