Position: Full-Time Wound Care Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic nursing care to community patients

• Travel between patients' homes in the region
Requirements:

• Minimum two years nursing experience preferred

• Completion of NSWOC or IIWCC certification

• Registered nurse status with CNO in Ontario

• Ability to work independently, managing your caseload

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
